The Slime Sanctuary

Fixed an issue where 100% on easy was impossible due to a monster closet not opening.
Fixed some doors poking through walls/ceilings when open.
Made a sequence break harder to pull off - it was very easy to do and not obviously a sequence break leading to some confusion.
Minor text fixes.
The previous version was compiled without -extra4 and -soft.
Fixed a bug where falling into a void could cause the player to get stuck or be teleported to the wrong location.
Fixed z-fighting issues with a few doors and moving pillars. Fixed a door being killed instead of opening. No gameplay changes.
