Perfect map, so much fun!

I personally love city or real life inspired places in Quake, everything looks so natural!

The enemy placement is awesome, you really know how to use every enemy variation in Quake. Sometimes we have a Ogre, a Death Knight, a Fiend, and this is Incredible.

I'm really looking forward to see a new map from yours using this kind of theme again.

I enjoyed the map theme and places, but i think the overall overlay is small, like the bank and the church places. It's a great idea and a nice map! :3

Quite enjoyable. I liked the open layout and being able to sequence break through secrets. Fights were pretty fun too and the doom cute (quake cute?) cars and that big radar dish lift were great. Building variety weirdly stuck out for me, good town/city map.

The end is a little odd, I found it when going through a secret by accident. Which is fine, it just might give someone less exploration minded trouble.

I did find a bunch of little texture bugs and the same out of bounds issues someone else mentioned that I'll post screenshots of, none of them were a big deal though.

Wow. What a great first release. Nice to see how many great mappers are releasing stuff for the first time.

I especially liked the non-linear but still clear character of the map. I missed the Antenna platform at the end. That broke my flow a little bit. The secrets were great. 3/6 in my first playthrough without searching.

The map [Nola1] with the unusual design shows a very nice map in terms of creating something completely different. It looks as if they wanted to present the viewer with a terrain similar to an urban area. And they succeeded. Lots of nice little details with many entrances to the buildings, which you can reach by jumping. If you're not careful, as I was, you'll quickly fall into a hole where the end of the map is reached. But you can reload! The fights with the enemies were quite moderate, which I really liked. I also really liked the platform at the end. Good map.

This map is a blastfeast and really fun.

After some difficulties in running around the not-so-good-ways I managed to find the better ones and some weapons, and it was not so hard then.

Concerning the architecture I have played a lot of better-looking maps, but as rotten factory premises, or whatever may have been intended, I liked this a lot. Also, it seems to me that mapper's focus wasn't on mostly perfect looks here.

Yes, it's possible to fall down from the surrounding wall, but why get upset with this. Running and killing, and that's okay with me, of cause :cool:

Ended with all kills and secrets 5/6.

Enjoyed this, definite dusk vibes which I enjoyed 😁

Only gripes being its possible to fall out of bounds when skirting the edge of the map (Managed this while secret hunting) and skip parts of the level once you get access to the higher areas.

Good first effort, hopefully this constructive feedback helps you improve further!

I really liked the overall atmosphere of this! I always love seeing things like brushwork cars and cityscapes. The reuse of the silver key for exploration was neat. I think the map was a little tight on armor and health, but I got to the end well enough.

I played it in Alkaline just for kicks.
