Peril3. 0b Fixed

Stacks of fixes.
Especially the door and key in Tavistock that broke the game.
Most edict issues resolved, accept some associated with a complex door in Skycastle and some issue with burning Pires.
Updated readme with map list in order, and hints and tips.
Fixed all missing sounds.
Nudged items that dissapeared in Ironwail.
Fully tested with Ironwail.
Broke a lever in Clovelly! Well, you can't have everything.
