This level knows exactly what it is: a bad, quickly cobbled together map used as a showcase for weird AI textures. Some work pretty well, some are relics from the 80s, and sometimes it's just eyes and fake people staring at you. Makes me curious what a fully AI-textured map would look like, if you were to put some effort into making it look more cohesive and "normal." But there's only so much normal we'll get from AI right now.
I'm giving it two stars to be honest. I enjoyed the novelty of it, but it's definitely a level thrown together in an evening. It is what it is!
