here ia a soft-lock in utotp_end ( Ironwail ). Stuck in walk animation, Won't return to his home position to spawn the wave.

Damn, I'd like to think that you just had super bad luck cause I've played the end map at least 30 times and that never happened, same goes for the playtesters. I really can't think of what it would get stuck on (looks like the pillar which is clipped), plus the boss is set up to jump down the ledge if it wants to go towards the center so it won't try to go around the pillars ever when returning. :(

I have the save game available if you're interested. I let him chase me. This was on my 2nd run with reduced difficulty to find the rest of the secrets. Let's see if I can reproduce this.
 
it's quite easy to let the boss get run in to a pillar or obstacle and keep him there, But I was not able to replicate the same soft-lock yet. I think there is a small chance if you hit him at the right moment and inflict enough damage.
s19.sav may be a good spot, Unfortunately there are the stairs and he manages to run back to the center.

Can I ask to implement into Alkaline unrealized Quake 2 red-skinned mutant, but present in rerelease bundle? It is will be nice to see it as "variant" of a creature, like we have an Ogre skin variants. Thank You!

You'll have to talk to the guys working on the Alkaline mod about that (bmFbr and Greenwood), I'm just using it as a mapping tool! :)

I wrote a 'review' not realising there was a discussion section... I was confused by the purpose of the gold card. I've now completed the final part and I've still no clue what the gold card was for! I guess, as Zigi has said, it's used elsewhere. I'll reload my quick save in the final mayhem and see if there's a way to go back rather than finish.
It's almost inevitable that with more complex/ambitious maps there is going to be some confusion but if it's good enough you'll find the answers and this certainly seems good enough!
 
Fantastic map. Zigi never disappoints for sure. I got all the secrets but one. I know where it is but I can't seem to find how to get to it.
Here's a play-through I recorded:

@mac the gold key leads to a secret room. Opening the door that in turn leads to the gold key door requires to find another secret and figure out a puzzle. It was my favorite part of the map I think.
