Strideh submitted a new resource:

Strideh's Torment Textures - Some grimy and blood-stained textures made for the Rotting Jam.

Textures I made for my Rotting Jam entry (where the source file is included).

Shattered stones and rusted metal monstrosities. Inspired heavily by Hellraiser 2 and Lovecraft Dream Cycle covers. I tried to expand it a little bit with additional textures others might find useful. I'd love to see someone take the theme and really run with it, I spent so much time coming up with the theme the map itself...

@Strideh I love these textures, and the map. I'm gonna copy my comment from the sightseeing thread in case you missed it:

I played Towers of Torment the other day and it was amazing. That perfect combination of sound and visuals combining to create an intense mood. It reminded me of the Hellraiser movies. The broken chain-work that defies gravity gave me a weird chill, the strangeness of it. I loved the texture customisations where brickwork fades away, and the stained effect where the blood runs thick... Even those bloodfalls are perfect, they taper in just the right way as they exit the pipework. Stunning stuff!

Strideh updated Strideh's Torment Textures with a new update entry:

Bigger, better

I've expanded and cleaned up the WAD with some new variations (to coincide with releasing it for outside development on itch.io). There's better colour dithering and better file organisation. Some older textures have been dropped for new varieties in this version, so you may want to hold on to the original if you are using it. :)

I've also included some licence info, however all it amounts to is precluding anyone from reselling the textures or using it in filthy AI training. You are free to...

Hi there! @Strideh I am simply curious - is this map you're developing also Hellraiser inspired? :) Or is it completely unique map without any connections to Clive Barker universe? Just curious nothing crucial
