First Gangster Mobs for Map Jam 8 from 2016:

I never finished it, although it was 90% complete.
Gun has no proper texture, just solid colors, and gib head is just regular grunt head.
Another idea was to make Shambler like muscle dude from The Goon:

Man we have to do another Noir Jam, really flesh out the models and setting. I can imagine a lot fun things like a Floyd with a fedora atop his chassis and a stogie sticking from one of his plasma gun barrels. There's a lot you could do here.
 
While we are on grunts, here is Conquistador grunt:

I was exploring some ideas for non-base grunt, something you can use in wizmet or medieval setting.
Fella from the long gone ancient world, hungry for gold, corrupted by Shub, trapped in different dimension.

It's fully animated, just needs proper texturing.
Only "problem" is this long ass musket. I had to redo some animations to accommodate the length:

There is a chance it will look bad in game, intersecting with walls a lot etc.

Frog I was working on for Episode Jam in 2017. It was suppose to be neutral monster jumping around in a swamp environment.
Idea was to make it do minimum amount of damage when hitting other entities during jumping.
This way you could make it trigger infighting with other monsters.
Imagine Death Knight furiously chasing a frog! 😤⚔️🐸

Requires texture work and simple code. Very possible I'll finish it in near future.

Frog has little fly inside which gonna fly around​

Jump:

Jumping would be handled through quakec,
that's why it freezes weirdly in the middle of the jump​
 
It was fun to design/animate him, especially with his unusual shape.
There should be more attack and defence moves, but I run out of steam.
