This is just amazing. Very big levels, was so interesing to explore them. Now I feel like it's the rare case when exploration makes real sense, because it's easy to find secrets in a small maps, but go find some hidden stuff in a huge level!

All levels generously give players variety of tools for exploration and traveling through vast distances, and offer little to no invisible walls, or some bullshit scripted or closed ended arena sequences, which I admire. That means, if you have found the vampiric mace, or jump boots, or some other stuff you can use and combine them to skip most of the fight and just parkour your way through most of the map. Usually map gives you goals, not requirements or objectives. And your end destination is visible, so next map is a vista on a horizon, which players are expected to reach. So if you find some invulnerability + quad + rocket launcher, you can just pogo your way through the end boss or next level trigger or something. But where's the fun in that when the levels are so sprawling with details and whatnot? I didn't felt so exciting to wander through virtual landscapes for a long time.

The only downside is that two episodes and an ending bossfight levels are absent. Waiting for the full release!
This was something brilliant, a real smash in my face, defenetly highly recommanded thanks for this marvellous creation :)

What a blast. I love the atmosphere and look of the world. It was so much fun to explore every single corner of this world. I think this is great work and feels like it was made with love. Thanks for this!

My goodness, if I had to describe this mod in one word, it would be breathtaking. With some of the largest and most intricate maps I've ever seen in any mod ever, this mod easily offers dozens of hours of content, which is surprising considering the fact it is lacking a beginning two episodes, in addition to it ending in a cliffhanger teasing more to come. The multitude of weapons, wands, staves, and swords you get means there's a plethora of means to kill enemies and wipe out hordes, and it is a blast. While the third episode is more traditional Quake, it stands out with its hard emphasis on medieval fantasy, a theme that fuels the aesthetic and atmosphere throughout the mod. But come episode four, the size of the maps and the level of detail lead one really to believe they are exploring a full, fleshed-out world, with the levels truly interconnecting and leading from one to the other. You'd think that the grand scale of the mod would lead to overly labrynthine and confusing maps, but the frequency of how the map loops back into itself means you frequently stumble upon familiar sights. There's also plenty of shortcuts to be unlocked in each level, making backtracking a breeze.

Calling this mod the greatest Quake mod may be an overstatement, as it does require a lot from the player (even I, myself, tend to prefer short to average length levels), but it certainly deserves to be considered in the conversation of most groundbreaking and well-designed mods of all time. In my opinion, it would be a crime to rate this mod any lower than-
