Is this compatible with Ironwail? I couldn't get it working, the bots don't shoot and I can't pick up any items / hurt them.

It's compat with QSS-M, see also https://github.com/whipowill/quake-dir

Regular QSS also works, tested it in singleplayer with the custom.cfg settings.
I'm really fond of the added juicy hit feedback and the Blood-esque head kickin', great work!

Thank you for the review! I continue to make improvements to the mod weekly and welcome any feedback from those who play it. The Github page has all the latest info and I've just moved my gameplay videos to YouTube in hopes to find more engagement there.
