Issues with Qss-m.

I have had a number of comments regarding Qss-m in regards to map transitions.

Essentially, (regarding Peril) at a sp map change or coop map change, the engine loads a deathmatch map instead of the map referenced by the chabgelevel. Also some dips in framerate on maps that usually run fine.
Managed to replicate these issues myself.
This seems to be on mac and pc versions.
Interested to know if anyone has had similar issues with Qss-m?
Could there be an issue with certain maps, and if so, or if not, what possible reasons might be behind it.
My instinct tells me that the maps are in some way disliked by the engine, and something has been built in to prevent a complete crash of any server.
Qss typically has a reputation for stability and tolerance, so a bit puzzled.

QSS is kind of old news these days. Most people use Ironwail or vkQuake.
Question is not about QSS but QSS-M (fork focused on multiplayer). With QSS you can play Play_Q mod, and with Ironwail not, so it still has its uses.

This is corrected in the new version with an updated default value of sv_map_rotation "". With old version, set that cvar to ""
