We're back again! Time for more ugly smelly moldy deadly sewers.

In case you aren't going for a base-themed map, you can turn the Alkaline-customized id1 monsters (such as the Ogre, Death Knight, Scrag, Fiend and Vore) into their original-looking versions either on a per-entity basis, or globally through a worldspawn setting.
Also feel free to abuse of water - dynamic liquids may come in handy. You can turn any solid brush entity into a fully functional water or slime or lava volume, be it a door, a train, a func_bob, even a func_wall. Check the docs for more details.
If you use any of the devkit's standalone assets, make sure to include them into your submission as well. Custom assets may go into subfolders named after you or your map (for example,

Map names must be all lowercase, no spaces, and only contain alphanumeric characters, dash and underscore.
