Hell Gate and Hell Keep - Recreation of the DOOM console exclusive maps: MAP16 and MAP17

Almost 1:1 geometry recreations of the PlayStation versions of MAP16 and MAP17.
Enemies and items are roughly translated for Easy and Normal - Hard has more changes to hopefully increase difficulty.
