The map was compiled with -notranswater parameter. Try to disable transparent water via console.

Just little notice - been softlocked behind three moving nails having 200 spikes (until spent a few and picking up a nailbox was unable to proceed).

Yeah, my mistake. I should place a separate trigger there.

I have an issue with

Spoiler

the section just after the first traps towards the end, when a ceiling drops slowly and a wall section is supposed to reveal a Shambler. The last part won't happen, so I'm basically stuck there as it is closed of going forward as well.

It worked fine the first time I played through it, which is why I know how it is supposed to go. This is with Ironwail.

I've made a mistake putting a trigger on the box with nails. You have to spend some ammo to pick up the box. SportsterV90 had the same issue.
