Thanks a lot for the reply! If i only knew, haven gotten this far in the game. Of course my save games are version 6 and seems to be version 5 for iron/vquake/etc - any idea if these can be converted somehow?

I didn't realise there was any incompatibility with the saves. I don't think there's a way to convert them, no.

Any news on the progress of Episode 3? I am about to play Episode 2 and it was released 2 years ago. Hoping we dont have long for 3. I love your teams work with 1 it was eventhan Arcane Dimensions and Alkaline, its now my favorite.

Genuinely looking forward to Episode 3 - I haven't heard any updates but just wanted to say to the team, the past two releases were like discovering entire new games to me and were so much fun.

For some reason I'm on a quest to revist episodic releases... replaying this currently, just finished ep 1. Crazy it's been over 3 years since the original release!

Still an amazing chunk of Quake here.

5 years is over 3 years so I guess you're correct :P

Played through v2.2 in Ironwail. Here are some of the issues encountered:

1. Trident of Might is removed from the inventory upon ending the level making dwelldm2 and dwelldm7 inaccessible. I had to do "changelevel d2end", collect it, and do "changelevel start" to keep it.

2. Missing collisions in D1M4:

3. Missing textures in D1M9:

4. Misaligned texture in D1M9:

5. The platform puzzle in D2M8 can have 8/9 platforms up together at most. Game gives you message "Sequence completed!" when you rise each platform up once, even though you do not need to raise the last one, as that one is the only one that can be jumped over to complete the puzzle without jumping tricks. Since all 9 cannot be up together, it would be nice if the buttons would would become inoperable once player rises first 8 together, and "Sequence completed!" displays then. This would prevent players wasting time trying to get them all up together. (Or alternatively, have 9th one up by default).

And just to note that D1M5 is the only level that does not load in Re-Release.

Maps are masterfully designed btw. Had great fun.
