When the func_insidevolume reaches more than 5 objects to track, it produces an error message (developer=1 only) and then ignores ANY new entities until it has space (max is 5 entities) to track another! This is only for entities which have touched the volume and are/about to leave the volume. There has to be a limit on what it tracks otherwise it would grind the quake engine to a halt tracking everything. This is why its important to make sure the func_insidevolume entity is specific with what it tracks, like type or targetname.
