QUAKE1 LEVEL "RECONSTRUCTION"

Since I like Brutalism Architecture a lot, that's one Star Extra. Quick and simple Gameplay and easy to rush through in short time. Was fun, Thanks.

Especially for a first map, this is really very well put together (it benefits from the visual spareness of the brutalist theme here), and the helical staircase is very well used as a gating mechanism which also hints the future (as are the cross-shaped windows).

Great stuff - thank you @AliiceDionysos for adding the extra ammo in v1.02, it makes Nightmare more reasonable and much more fun. I enjoyed the brutalism style and short play through time. I didn't hunt for the secrets, but only found one on my play through - maybe consider more clues. Please keep going.

Congrats on your first Quake release! The architecture and overall vibe are the real stars here. That said… once I'd soaked in the sights, I was a bit lost. The path forward isn't always clear, and I wasn't sure if I was missing a key, a trigger, or a subtle corridor. Looking forward to your next one and thanks a lot.

Solid map. Occasionally short on ammo but not obnoxiously so.

It's a very interesting map, but there aren't enough details in such large spaces. Some kind of desolation and abandonment, boxes, lighting lamps, various concrete debris.
