A seven level episode for Quake, using the original texture set from the base game. Includes a secret level, and has support for Deathmatch and Co-Op, (although NOT fully tested, as it was designed primarily with SP in mind).
Version 1.21 is the latest version. Please download this version as it contains quality of life improvements as well as fixes for potentially game breaking bugs.
To run: Designed and tested with QuakeSpasm and Ironwail. Just extract the qrod folder into your Quake folder, bring down the console in-game and type game qrod.
You may NOT use this as a base for additional content/levels.
Special thanks to everyone at the Quake Mapping Discord Community, including my playtesters, spootnik and deviltower.
This will be the last episodic map pack (for any game) I will be doing. I do have a few old single map projects that never got off the ground that I will release at some point, but no new material will be forthcoming for the foreseeable future. After 26 years of mapping I'm ready to call it quits. I may do the odd single map, but there are no guarantees. Many thanks to everyone who has been playing my mods over the years since I first started doing them. And don't forget to check out my other works for other games, too at my MODDB page https://www.moddb.com/members/dave-billing
