This mod (compatible with both the classic and remastered releases of Quake 1) has a very simple task: replace ALL the monsters and objects in a level with another of the same type. That first Grunt you encounter in E1M1? Now it could be an Enforcer, a Knight... or maybe a Centroid or Shambler!
There are two basic game modes:
- Normal: Which is by starting the game normally or via the "map". You can play both vanilla or Scourge of Armagon maps without much of an issue.
- Endless Castle: A permadeath mode that sets the player into running through a randomized sequence of both vanilla and Scourge of Armagon campaign maps (with the exception of start, hipstart and hipend). Deaths are final. Reloading saves or using most cheats will boot you out of the mode. As more levels are beaten, the randomizer will try to go with a more unfair roll. Stronger enemies, less ammo, health or powerups...

Important Considerations:
- The bind to open the menu is, by default 'M'. If you want to reset it, "impulse 24" is what you want to set up.
To-Do:
- Add support for Dissolution of Eternity monsters, maps and items.
Known Issues:
- Some engines such as QuakeSpasm or Ironwail make the seed randomization system yield the same seeds every time. JoeQuake is recommended.
- Visual only: Scourge of Armagon items or powerups don't get displayed in the HUD.
- Visual only: some of the displays (such as the Randomization or Endless Castle logs) don't work correctly in the Remastered release.
