RECOMMENDED FOR FTEQW AND QUAKESPASM SPIKED!!
OVERVIEW:
this is a gameplay mod that replaces all q1 monsters with non expansion packs q2 enemies (minus baracuda shark for the rotfish), best for FTEQW and Quakespasm Spiked, other engines may not work as well.
INSTALL GUIDE: (this is because the mod doesn't come with Q2 models)
-get "models" folder from your [ORIGINAL QUAKE 2] pak files, specifically [PAK0.PAK] from [BASEQ2] using [SLADE] or any [PAK VIEWER]
-get "sound" folder from your [ORIGINAL QUAKE 2] pak files, specifically [PAK0.PAK] from [BASEQ2] using [SLADE] or any [PAK VIEWER]
-copy "sound" folder to inside "q2em" folder
-copy "models" folder to inside "quake2modelconverter" folder
-run "ConvertQuake2.bat"
-copy newly created "progs" folder to "q2em" folder, replacing the old progs folder (DO NOT DELETE THE OLD PROGS FOLDER INSIDE Q2EM)
-finally, copy the "q2em" folder to the folder you keep your [QUAKESPASM SPIKED] or [FTE QW] source port, other source ports may work but not recommended

-Demon(Fiend) -> 32% Medic 62% Mutant
-Wizard(Scrag) -> 40% Icarus 60% Floater
-Hell Knight(Death Knight) -> 1% Parasite 99% Berserker
-Shambler(Timbler) -> 30% Gladiator 70% Tank (100% Gladiator on E1M3)
-Shalrath(Vore) -> 70% Gladiator 30% Tank Commander

-Shottys now do 6 damage per pallet
-Thunderbolt is now a mini-FG 9000
-GIBBABLE CORPSES!!!
