Can you reach the top first?
This is a short level I made for SM222, as an end-of-the-year challenge, after mapping for most of 2022. It was a good test to see what I could do in a couple of days. Once complete for SM222, I spent the next week tweaking and refining it, adding some extra brushwork and more accurate lighting, and getting additional feedback.
I wrote a song for this level, and it's still the same as from SM222. That makes it streamer friendly, no DMCA to worry about.
Visuals are better, lights are using radiosity, the sunlight angle was moved down, and the top deck has been improved considerably. I playtested all difficulties, it's very beatable on all 4, and the difficulty spike at the end is less pronounced.
The SM222 pack is a great time, I highly recommend downloading and playing it. But this version of my map is more complete than what's in SM222, plays and looks more in line with what I want.
