This was lovely!

Love the fact how vertical and intertwined the map is. Great work! :)
Great visuals and ambience as always from MH. This is a pretty hard mission with limited amount of ammo, which I liked. Because of tight spacing and multi-story layout it is pretty easy to fumble and fall during combat. Also sometimes it is unclear where monsters are, because they see you through some crack, get angry and start running around behind the jagged terrain. Overall, it is a good little map.

My blind playthough on hard:

Thank you for recording! Yeah I'm as always very greedy on ammo, constantly trying to hide it. Glad you found it fun, but watching others play makes me feel I should get rid of that habit.
I'm upset that this wasn't longer
Thank you so much for this gem!
I want 6 hours long episode with this unreal/koohoo styles mix, I would pay for it!
Awesome tight layout, full of tasty angles. The fights make great use of the limited space and get a lot of pressure out of the small monster count. The visuals are also top-notch and there's some satisfying exploration and platforming gameplay. Although the short playtime is no weakness, I do wish there were a more conclusive ending and more secrets. It's hard to take it as a bad sign when a map leaves you wanting more however.
Excellent map, beautiful Unreal atmosphere, for me it has the right length and Nightmare is not a pita...
Such a perfect blend of Unreal and Quake, my retro brain is tickled! A modern masterpiece to be sure.
this was a cool map! nice little tight layout and really cool encounters
Exemplary masterpiece.

Possibly the most tantalising 'goodies behind a crack in the door' ever. The classic Koohoo totem messages are pitch-perfect and round out a great organic, holistic serenity to the environment — the place has its own meaning. Progression is thought provoking & delightful but never obnoxious: a shining example of how the ingenuity of such challenges needn't rest on vulgar difficulty of challenge. This is particularly salient and obvious with regard to the platforming challenges: a joy to decipher and accomplish without demanding inordinate skill to achieve. Most surprising for a map of this complex verticality and indirection, traversal is never a slog, and everything connects back swiftly and elegantly with no filler moments — all the more delightful for the fact it defies easy rationalisation in the first instance; a huge sense of satisfaction in post-hoc exploration. Everything is beautiful but in particular I really appreciated the lovely brushwork — broken blocks, angled steps — all roughage consummately hand-finished, no detail perfunctory, every view on every scene beautiful in its own right.
This was really, really fun. Tight and vertical, super interwoven layout, nothing but good things to say about this one. Short and sweet.
